I decided to use neon colors for a summer floral design, but any colors will work. I used a small dotting to make the roses. A toothpick or thin brush will work also. Hope you like this design and thanks for watching!

-Neon Pink nail polish or acrylic paint (Americana- Sizzling Pink)
-Neon Orange nail polish or acrylic paint (Americana- Torrid Orange)
