I hope you enjoy my Ayurvedic home remedy. I have talked about my secret ingredient in this video which I don't hear anyone talk about. It is licorice / liquorice root (Mulethi / Muleti in Hindi)!
YOU WILL NEED-
1. Licorice 4 tsps: It has a substance called 'Glabridin' which is a skin whitening agent. Glabridin is also used in a lot of skin whitening and lightening creams.
2. Raw Honey: It contains an enzyme that produces small amounts of hydrogen peroxide which is a bleaching agent. Don't worry though as it is in very safe amount, and that is why raw honey is advised to be taken internally even by health professionals.
3. Water 150 mls

I get messages from so many of you telling me how you use CHEMICAL based treatments and products to lighten your skin. PLEASE don't do that. Not only can it really damage your skin, they are bad for your health and well-being as well.
I am NOT an advocate for trying to lighten your skin, but I realized that just because I refuse to promote that, it isn't going to stop girls from going for harsh chemical based methods.
So here a 100% NATURAL DIY method to do it that will help you not just lighten your skin, but will also treat hyperpigmentation and darkness in any part of your body.
