How we loose Smile and pleasure ?

Our smile and pleasure are much costlier than any other matter of life.But it is fact that we thrown this smile and pleasure away in meaningless matters.We loose it in small things If some one’s tongue speaks to and fro that enters in our ears, our mind loses control. Some one’s few adverse words or telephonic talk is sufficient to disturb us.Our smile and pleasure goes away and for some time or some days we remains disturbed. Is it fair?
Be pleasureous and spread it in surroundings" Whatever be the circumstances , i never lose my smile and pleasure" This should be the determination.
