Boss music review: Been there, heard that!

Not so in distant past, Akshay Kumar movies had melodious songs that found a place in the playlists long after the movie was removed from the theatres. The number of such songs is dwindling fast with each release that hits the silver screen. Just like story, action and comedy, the music too in his movies is getting repetitive.

The latest offering titled Boss is no different. Set in Haryana, all the numbers reflect this in some way or the other. If the music is played some months after the movie is out of theatre, it would be Yo Yo Honey Singh numbers in the album and not those composed by Meet Bros Anjjan. The composers get another Akii production after OMG: Oh My God!.
