Sushant Singh Rajput out ’Fitoor’, to do ’Paani’

Bollywood’s latest attraction Sushant Singh Rajput has opted out of ’Fitoor’, directed by the maker of his debut film, ’Kai Po Che’.

The film is a ’desi’ adaptation of The Great Expectations. Sushant Singh Rajput has cited scheduling conflicts as the reason for exiting ’Fitoor,’ where he was paired opposite Katrina Kaif.

’Fitoor’ which was supposed to go on the floors in October has been pushed to July, next year.

The dates are clashing with his YRF-Shekhar Kapur project, Paani.

The buzz is rife that Tabu has been penciled in for a key role in ’Fitoor.’

Anushka Replaces Freida

Manorama Six Feet Under director Navdeep Singh’s NH 10 was supposed to be the big ticket Bollywood debut of Freida Pinto. But the Slumdog Millionaire actor famously walked out of the film citing "tardiness on the producer’s part". It’s now being reported that the film, about a female detective, will now feature Anushka Sharma.

Kapil Gets a New Set

After a massive fire gutted his sets in Film City, comedian Kapil Sharma had to share the Bigg Boss sets in Lonavala to shoot for Comedy Nights With Kapil. However, he goes back to his floor in Film City where a set is ready with a few changes. Kapil has invited singer Sonu Niigam and director-choreographer Farah Khan as his guests on the new sets.
